Bridge to Livelihood
Tejus Kadam is very smart and active boy. When he was 13 years old when he lost his father. His mother was not in position to take care of him. Finally, she admitted him in Govt. Child Home in 2008. Tejus completed his ITI in telecommunication after 10th and started working. He wanted to study ahead but because of family responsibility he continued his job.
CSA organized a session in collaboration with Yashaswi group on ‘Earn and learn’ program at Govt children home. Tejus attended the session. After meeting Tejus, Yashaswi group sent him for a round of interview with Forbes and the good news is Tejus cracked the interview and got selected as a machine operator. Tejus is now working with Forbes, simultaneously completing his diploma in Mechanical Engineering from same company. He is earning 7500 per month with free transportation and food facility.
CSA keep motivating youth (joined job with CSA intervention)) by providing them with aftercare kit which includes pair of formal dress, formal and casual footwear, undergarments, office bag, hygiene kit and other daily essential things.
