Anandhi Yagnaraman

Anandhi Yagnaraman has been in the education and nonprofit sector for over 23 years. She began her career as a volunteer teacher in a school for visually impaired children and continued teaching, eventually becoming the Head Teacher at The Akanksha Foundation. Subsequently, she joined the Akshara Foundation, where she designed and implemented intervention programs in mathematics and English across 1400 schools in Karnataka.
Prior to joining CSA, Anandhi served as the Senior Director of Operations at The Akanksha Foundation, where she led expansion and oversaw all non-academic functions across 20 schools in Mumbai and Pune. Anandhi holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of London. Additionally, she completed the Executive Education program on Strategic Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School.
