Felix is a development professional with 10 years of experience spanning skill development, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. After completing his Bachelor's in Engineering and M.A. in Development from Azim Premji University, he has worked with reputed NGOs like Prayas Group, SELCO Foundation, and SOULS-IIT Bombay. Prior to joining CSA, he managed skill development and livelihood projects at ESAF Foundation.
At CSA, Felix is dedicated to building the partnership and placement arm for the Livelihood and Aftercare program across all operational states. He is also involved in analyzing the scope of new courses and job opportunities for young adults. Additionally, Felix supports the team with new proposal development and knowledge creation, including documenting case studies and success stories.
