Javed Tapia is an entrepreneur who started his career with the flagship brand ‘Clover Realty.” He has established a strong presence for the Group in areas such as Information Technology, Transaction Systems, and Renewable Energy. In 2000, Javed spearheaded the open source revolution in India through a joint venture – Red Hat India with Red Hat Inc. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (Bombay Chapter) and has served on its executive committee. An angel investor with a keen interest in the Internet, Technology and Agri-business space, Javed holds a Post Graduate Business degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, US, conferred with the ‘Alumni Impact Award.’
