Kshirodinee is a development practitioner in the social sector with over six years of experience. Prior to joining CSA, she was associated with the Pratham Education Foundation. She has experience in working on projects focusing on children, youth, and women in both non-governmental and government organizations. Her areas of expertise include maintaining donor relations, program management, policy analysis, and content creation.
Kshirodinee holds a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, which has exposed her to understanding the core realities at the grassroots level.
