Manoj Puttur has been in the development sector for 17+ years. He has done his MA in Social Work from Delhi University. Majority of his professional life has been with organisations and interventions that have been focused on children from the perspective of education and child rights. Previously, he has been associated with Quest Alliance for nearly 5 years, where he worked on building, maintaining and sustaining government relationships across 7 states towards the goal of Agency and Career Development for the Girl child with special emphasis on STEM education. He has also designed projects and led teams operating in different districts/states, managed projects being implemented in multiple districts/states. He is also a trained facilitator who has designed and delivered training/workshops for more than 3500 hours with Teachers and Headmasters of Government and low-cost private schools, Education functionaries at the block and district level, Instructors, Principals, Deputy Directors of Dept of Employment and Training. He has also worked with EFIL (a Regional Resource Institute for APF), Karuna Trust, EveryChild and Prerana and has consulted with NGOs such as Dream a Dream and KHPT.
