Mohini has a background in M.A. Philosophy and possesses over a decade of experience in the health research and development sector. After completing her M.A. in Philosophy, Mohini worked with various research organizations such as Bapu Trust, CCDS, KEM Hospital Research Centre, as well as development organizations such as IDEA Foundation, SNDT Adult Education Center, Pune, and the American India Foundation.
She started her journey with CSA as a Program Officer and currently serves as the Assistant Manager - Aftercare for the Pune location.
