Pallavi is a social work professional with over 16 years of experience. After completing her Master's in Social Work, she started working as a Program Coordinator at Catalysts for Social Action. While working with CSA, she pursued her MPhil in Social Work from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
Currently, Pallavi is responsible for managing the implementation of Foundational Training across all locations for the Livelihood and Aftercare program. Additionally, she oversees the implementation of the Livelihood and Aftercare program in Mumbai.
