Preeti has had a 15-year-long career in broadcast media, where she worked with Network-18, CNBC-TV18, Times Now, and the UTV Group. In 2011, she made a career transition to the field of education. She was the Founding Director of Ahvaan Trust for Education and continues to serve on the Board as a Trustee.
Preeti has also been a drama teacher with Barry John’s Young Actors Club, an English language teacher for adults, and has taught at Stokes Memorial School in Shimla. She holds a Cambridge certification for teaching English language to adults and a Master's in Education from Azim Premji University, Bangalore.
