Shweta is a development sector professional with 20 years of experience in the areas of psychological counselling, program management, and human potential development. She has always aspired to be a catalyst for change in the fields of health, education, and livelihood. Throughout her career, she has played a significant role in creating an effective ecosystem of processes and promoting excellence in the workspace to bring about transformative shifts in human lives and experiences.
In her current role, Shweta leads the flagship program "Livelihood & Aftercare" across four states for CSA. Her responsibilities include overall growth and management of the program in all operational states, as well as its expansion into new states. She closely oversees team recruitment and development.
During her previous stints, she worked with The Kaivalya Education Foundation (CSR by the Piramal Group) and headed the Gandhi Fellowship Program in Mumbai. Shweta holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology and has a diploma in psychological counselling.
