Shweta Modi is a development sector professional with 15+ years of experience in the areas of Psychological Counseling, Program Management, and Human Potential Development. In her current role, Shweta heads overall operations and programs across all 4 states. Her role encompasses management of CSA’s various programs, operations, staff development and recruitment. She always aspired to be a change force in the area of health, education, livelihood and creating a difference to human lives and experiences. In her previous stints, she worked with ‘Kaivalya Education foundation’ (CSR by Piramal group) and headed the Gandhi Fellowship Program for Mumbai.
