She is a fast learner and self-starter who thrives in team environments, often working independently with minimal supervision.
She takes the initiative to ensure excellence in every situation, consistently leading teams to deliver high-quality results within tight timeframes and budget constraints. As a supervisor of the accounting and finance team, she manages all fiscal controls and oversees daily operations.
In addition to her finance and accounting responsibilities, she also supervises the non-teaching departments, including HR, Legal, Procurement, and IT. Her extensive experience in analyzing, conceptualizing, implementing, and integrating operational processes at the management level has cultivated a "systems approach" that is integral to her management style.
